5 zones
- Zone 1 – Ivy Park (Knowledge Park): the university cluster, an eco-lake with island walking paths, Canal Park, the 50 m Saigon Park Tower, Vinmec, Vincom Mega Mall, the Metro Line 2 station, 6 high-rise towers.
- Zone 2 – Global Park (International Park): Global Village 19.3 ha, Little Hong Kong 7.5 ha, Vincom Collection, Saigon Fashion Town 2.3 ha, Ivy Park 3.3 ha, Galaxy Park 3.9 ha.
- Zone 3 – Laguna Park (Blue Lagoon Park): VinWonders, Botanica Park 27 ha, a 1.5 ha greenhouse flower garden, Cheers Town, Saigon Startup Village.
- Zone 4 – Zen Park: a Japanese old village, Urban Market, Kiyomi Park 10 ha, over 150 tennis and pickleball courts.
- Zone 5 – Golf Park: the 36-hole, 200 ha Vinpearl Golf Léman course and a 700-seat Convention Hall.
Current townhouse release
According to the 08/2026 unit-stock appendix, the current release comprises 3,549 shell and finished homes in the International Park zone (Global Park) and 1,802 deferred-construction ("giãn xây") homes in Knowledge Park 1 (Ivy Park). Internal roads are mostly 13 m wide; the park boulevards are 32–60 m wide.
