Vinhomes Saigon Park townhouses: house types & product lines
The first release at Vinhomes Saigon Park consists of 4-storey terraced townhouses and some semi-detached homes. The same house design can be bought in three ways: finished by the developer, self-finished by the buyer (shell handover, "xây thô") and deferred construction ("giãn xây").
The 4-storey terraced house design
Sample floor plan in the sales materials: the ground floor has kitchen – dining, living room and WC; floor 2 has the master bedroom and one bedroom; floor 3 adds two bedrooms; floor 4 is a multi-purpose room and terrace. Floor levels are +4.2 m for floor 2, +7.6 m for floor 3 and +11.0 m for floor 4. The facade is set back 2 m from the plot boundary.

Three product lines
- Developer-finished: floors 1–3 handed over finished (gypsum ceilings, tiled ground floor and SPC flooring upstairs, sanitaryware equivalent to TOTO, kitchen appliances equivalent to Gorenje/Rosieres, air-conditioning equivalent to Hitachi/LG). Handover deadline 06–08/2027.
- Buyer self-finished: shell handover with staircase and finished exterior; the buyer commits to finishing at least floors 1–3 to the developer’s standards. Handover deadline 07–12/2027.
- Deferred construction: the land and commercial value is paid first; the construction value (VND 8.5 million/m² of floor area, excl. VAT) is payable from 420 days after the sale and purchase agreement (HĐMB). Handover deadline 07/2028–05/2029.
Optional interior package
For finished units, buyers can add a separate interior package from a supplier designated by the developer. Indicative prices (excl. VAT): terraced about VND 525 million, semi-detached about VND 359 million, detached about VND 369 million.
